What To Expect
Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this website. We look forward to your first visit.
For new patients, please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time to allow time to fill out our new patient paperwork. If you fill out the paperwork before hand, you may arrive on time. Please be sure to bring copies of your insurance cards and a valid picture I.D. It is important that we have your insurance information before your scheduled appointment time so that we are able to let you know if there are any out of pocket costs to you to prepare for. If you have questions regarding your insurance, please give the office a call and ask for the insurance coordinator. We accept most major insurances, but there are a few we are not in-network with.
